Recently, Nemertes Research surveyed 500 IT decision-makers to determine how they rate their technology vendors.NEC logo The survey asked 20 key questions that were designed to help determine which IP telephony vendor has the best customer service, and what that service actually means when put into context. 
The survey results show that NEC ranks the highest among vendors in the categories of Trusted Advisor, Technology and Customer Service.
