To ensure your investment is up to date NEC has developed a software maintenance program NEC SWA Checkcalled Software Assurance. With Software Assurance your system will receive all software updates, changes and bug fixes. It also allows us access to NEC live technical support on your behalf. SoundTel, through NEC, offers Software Assurance in one or multi-year contracts on its own and in conjunction with our SoundTel System Protection Plan.
